Fulltime expert web programmer needed

I need an expert in making websites. I will need a file sharing site. I will need you to install a prewritten dating site with affiliate stats. I will need you to handle high traffic websites and be able to optimize websites for massive amounts of traffic. I need someone with at least 15 years experience. I need a real expert. [login to view URL] must do exactly as I say. I am looking for a serious long term web programmer. I will start you out at $350 a week. If you are good, then it will go up to $500 a week.
