557114 Design Changes on Wordpress Site

Hi, I need a professional webdesigner/programmer, to help me make the following changes on my site: 1. FRONT PAGE: - Change thumbnail size from 140x70 to 145x70 (Can be done from the admin - settings > media) - Make the titles underneath the thumbnails fit 145x70 thumbnails - Adjust the site to fit 145x70 thumbnails - the site was build to fit 140x70 thumbnails - Make the space between each thumbnail smaller (The last thumbnail in each row should stop at the edge of the content area, not go over the content area) Now the last thumbnail in each row is going over the content area, resulting in that some of the thumbnail and title is missing. - Make the space between each row smaller (I noticed that the space gets smaller, when I view the front page in Internet Explorer 8 / Compatibility View - it should look the same in all browsers) 2. CATEGORY PAGE: - Make the space between each row smaller 3. VIDEO PAGE: Fix all errors in Internet Explorer 8 (Compatibility View) - The Compatibility view option only appears if there is errors on the page/site - Make the lower section (Newest videos) not go up over the share buttons (Only visible in Compatibility View) - The category drop down box in the header change position (on all pages) (Only visible in Compatibility View) - Move the chat box up so it's in line with the video - Everytime a new video is loaded, the share buttons gets pushed up in the top of the screen and then pushed down again, once the video appears - the share buttons has to be in the same place, even if the video hasn't been loaded yet. - The content should look the same - if a user is logged in or logged out. (Once a user is logged in to the site, a small chat box will appear, making the content area bigger) - Every time a new video is loaded, the whole picture jumps to the right and back again (Only in Internet Explorer) - but in "Compatibility View" it stops, maybe it's connected to the content overlapping the share buttons? - Change the design of the "Flag video" drop down box, so it match the rest of the design 4. LOGIN/REGISTER/FORGOT PASSWORD PAGE: - Change the design of the text boxes and buttons so they match the rest of the design 5. MY ACCOUNT PAGE: - Change the design of the text boxes and button so they match the rest of the design 6. ON ALL PAGES: - Move the content area down a bit, so it's not so close to the page title To be able to see the errors in Internet Explorer 8 (Compability View) you need to have IE8 version 8.0.7600.16385 or similar I will make printscreens for you, so you know exactly what needs to be done and to save us both time, I want to go through each point with you on IM, so it gets done right, the first time.
