50015 Credit Card Directory System

We are looking for a centrally controlled templatable credit card directory website script that can be installed on multiple domains. There will be two levels of users for the entire system: admin and user. The admin will be able to add/edit/remove credit card offers from the system. He will also be able to add new users (domains) to the system. Each domain will get its content from this central database. Each domain will be owned by a separate user. The users will be able to log into a central site and see various simple statistics, as well as make changes to their templates. I am creating a service that will sell people their very own credit card directory website that is automatically maintained and updated for them. So the "users" in my above description are actually the customers and the "admin" is me (or whoever is running the overall service) I want the customers to be able to have their own domain name and choose from a variety of templates, but all of the content (credit card offers) will be drawn from a central database. The only thing that will be different on each site is that credit card affiliate URLs for each customer will have a separate unique affiliate ID number. I also want each customer to be able to track the number of outgoing clicks to all offers on their site. All the pages should use mod_rewrite so that they are search engine friendly and end in .html. There should also be a way for them to add "articles" to their site (basically just pages of text that fit into the template) and also have a "links" page where they can add links to other websites. They should also be able to view how much money they have earned. (This information will be entered into the database by the admin) The admin should be able to add new customers (domains) to the overall system and manage the entire back-end of credit card offers. There will also be a feature where he can upload stats reports (simple CSV file) which gets entered into the database so the customers can see how much they have earned. These are all the major features of this project and should give you an idea of the scope of the work.
