I need a provider who well verse with joomla & web designing with good graphic skill. Must know how to design well in photoshop. (not just an installer ) I bought a template from a template site & i need the provider to customize based on my idea. I only have raw images & text. Must know how to modify the joomla to make it to. Must know how to set-up joomla on a web server as well as create error free CSS/XHTML joomla templates that can be edited via joomla. Must work on my web server & to add few pages ( photo gallery, news module). Objective of this project is to make the site look good for next phase. If the provider is good, will extent to make the whole site. My budget is; $150 thanks, YK (Grmp)
