I have 7 webpages all included in one PSD file, and I am looking for someone to convert these web pages designs into HTML and CSS in 7 separate HTML files. The webpage requires no functionality, but must have separate editable elements such as buttons, header and footers and text boxes etc.. i.e it should not just be a page displaying an image or slices of images, it should be a HTML page with div's, span's and tables. All of the pages have a similar design as the one uploaded below. Have already had one quote from a trusted local webdeveloper at £80, looking for offers less than £80.
