Build out an already existing Drupal website

Overall Project Summary Build out an already existing Drupal website with the following: *note: The existing theme I am using can be found here: [login to view URL] Features/Functionality - Install/setup bilingual functionality for drupal (set it up so I just have to translate the content) - Incorporate a list of New Top Level domain applications. The info for which can be pulled from: [login to view URL] (I have a design in mind but I would rather not post the link publicly.) - Add domain search functionality (for existing top-level domains) - Pre-Reservation of a Product (Customer's are able to sign up in advance for a product they want (in this case a domain) The customer's information will be captured for further marketing/sales. (see GetNewTLDs(dot)com - Set up domainview (API doc here: [login to view URL]) NOTE: The API response is only:{ keyword0 : count0, keyword1: count1, ..., keywordN: countN } So I would need assistance finding an intuitive way to show the information. Theme Setup: I have already started setting things up and added some menus, in the end I would like it to flow smoothly like the demo noted above. Backend - as mentioned above I would like the correct modules installed to create a bilingual site (English/Japanese). Also, I had trouble with setting up a WYSIWYG editor. Your help on this would be appreciated. Front Page Feature - I would like a sample set up so I can do it on my own later. Article thumbs ("see Recent Work" on demo site) - Please set up a sample like this.
