Auction Website Developer Needed

Hi I need someone to develop a web site similar to [login to view URL] I want alll the functions of this website to reflect the what is found in qxl.no. the layout and design can differ a bit but the concept should be similar. this website is in Norwegian language but i guess you can use a translation tool to get the it into any language which will be easy for you to understand the concept and functionality A few additions on the functionality of the website will be required like - including paypal, google checkout, bank account transafer, as one of the options for payment, - create a "list similar item option" in the sellers control panel besides each auction . Any other suggestion to improve or make the website look better will be welcomed. Last, i own a domain name [login to view URL] and will like the logo of the website to reflect this domain name.
