Affiliate site with subid trackikng

I am looking for a site that has sub_id tracking. PostBack is a bonus but it MUST have sub_id tracking. Basically I want a script that is for an affiliate site. I want to be able to put my current affiliate links up and "sub contract" them out. The members who join my site MUST be able to track sign ups that have been clicked from their url. Most of my members will be incentive sites and will need to credit their members on their end. Site must contain:
sub_id tracking for my members (either on site or exported csv.)
(optional) post back would be nice but NOT required
payment tracking so my members can see how much they have earned as well as been paid
Account sign up for members
approval of membership by me (I must approve membership before they can get their personal links and what not)
Be able to give each member their own uniqu url's for the ads they are placing up so they can be tracked
