456362 add a few simple fetures to my site

i need mp4 player added to my site so it will play movies from a different server kind of like youtube can stream from different site i need to hide my movie location like for example read this link [login to view URL] but i need it to play mp4 i think this one does also i want the screen to expand to a max of 16:9 look at example for size and i need my site name changed and my logo is easy just change the name i already have the file location on each page you would just add the player nothing to my admin as long as when i add it works the same way witch it should budget is $100 max the one who gives me more info on what they think would work gets the job
