Webservice to swich default sound card

I need a Webservice application for windows XP to switch default audio card. With some requierements: -can return a list of audio devices installed in the windows -can switch the default audio card. -can run msdos commands (like winexec: [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) -you can develop it in a no more than 5 days? -single exe is better, no [login to view URL] -support command line configuration "[login to view URL] -port:1234, -passkey:abc123 -log:c:\logs\[login to view URL]" -tray icon, with configuration dialog, and operational right click menu in the traycion(close,configurar). -you can develop it in a no more than 5 days? -work fine for many days (no reboots) -can start when windows start (configurable in config window, but default) -work in xp and vista -use low cpu when idle ? (when not processing querys), will run in atom+xp. -well indented and document the code, to help future changes or debuging. -you can develop it in a no more than 5 days? -be for free!! (a joke!) The goal is comunicating from another application with somting like: POST [login to view URL] and web service return: ? </XML> or plain text, or array, csv, or any easy to parse data its fine. POST [login to view URL],soundid=2 and web service return: ? OK or ERROR,4 better if the .EXE is made with VB6.0 or VB.NET Express or Visual C++ Express. ? i will need the full source code. And i need to get it working in first week of august 2009. Every Computer will have 3 o more Audio cards., the audiocards are not the same hardware (many sigmatel, many usb audio card, realteck, but all windows compatible) At this time all computers will have XP Home/Pro and Vista Home/Business/Ultimate.? Some computers will be dedicated.? the tipical computer will be: Atom processor, XP, 1GB, 10GB free storage, with 3 or more windows compatible sound cards. the tipical and the mayor number of computers will be on for months (no rebooted), please debug memory and other resources used by the application in time. but there will be few machines that reboot an shutdown every day. Better if all the installation process is just "copy ? [login to view URL]" and run it.
