VB program to create resource (res) file

What I need is a VB 6.0 program that lets me create a resource (.res) file to be used with another VB app. I know how to create these files with the resource editor but I have several small BMP files I need to add to a resource file and need an automated way of adding one and then having it rename the ID of the BMP to the original file name like you can in the properties of an image. Once the resource file is created, I can just add the already created resource file to another VB program. So basically I want to select a folder and it will go through each BMP file adding it in and change the ID to the original file name. PLEASE make sure you can do this and even try it before you bid - I do not want to accept a bid for someone that does not know how already. I also need this asap so if you cannot do it fast, do NOT bid.
