Picture/Label Controls Needed

I need two controls written as Activex controls and need them as .OCX files and not DLL files. They are a Picturebox and a Label control. Both will have the same properties as the ones that come with VB6 but with the following additions. I very much prefer this to be done in VB 6 without the use of other controls. Please only bid on this if you can do it - this is a repost because the last person could not do it. Please include the time to complete and you MUST provide every extra property and event I have included below: Picturebox Control -Properties Transparent - True or False to set transparency for color selected TransparentColor - Transparent color of BMP file Picture - Use for normal picture view PictureHot - Change to this picture when mouse over picture control - still sets any transparent colors to this one too. Info1 - Empty text field for storing information Info2, Info3 --> Info9 - I need 9 of these properties info1 through info9 The picturebox control will default with no border on the control, Transparency set to False and TransparencyColor = White. -Events MouseEnter - When the mouse enters the control, this event fires. It only fires once when the mouse is moved over the control. MouseExit - When the mouse leaves the control, this event fires. Click,DoubleClick - Normal events Label Control -Properties Same as properties for the standard label but include: FontHot - Change to this font when mouse is over control. ForColorHot - Change color to this when mouse is over control.
