Instant Messanger Server/Client

I need an Instant Messanger Server and Client software. I need it to automatically send the client to an employee that isn't busy with another customer. Also i need it to have a built in sign up form, and when it's filed out it is sent to a data base to be stored so that the customer can log back in later. Also the employee needs to be able to send the customer to a web page, i guess by typing a web address in and a browser opening at the customers end. And i also need it to be possible to shut the server down and keep it down through the client software with ofcourse a password stored on the server and not coded in the client software, but it needs to be accesable only by pressing several differnt keys or somthing like that (hidden). Sorry but it wont pay much, so hopfully somone's willing to do this for for less then $100. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
