Game Resource Subsystem

I need a System-DLL with Functions that call out to my main WEBSITE. At WEBSITE : I need some sort of SIMPLE php driver that GOES to MYSQL dataBase and then returns requested data back to Calling Program. Data to be NUMERIC as a STRING - and words - ALSO as a STRING. The DLL must be callable from both VISUAL-BASIC 6.0 and BLIT3d - (A basic-like gaming language). The data SHOULD return to the program with very little LAG. I guess time lag could go 1-3 seconds. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For my web sites - the server-side deliverables(PHP files) intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Dll Should run in WIN98 SE and WIN XP No WIN2K.
