Company Screensaver

I need a screen saver software and source code that will allow my company to generate new screen savers using our various company logos for each division. I need the following features: 1. Select image (jpeg, gif) 2. Set background color 3. Add text to the screen saver (similar to windows old screen saver) 4. Create multiple screen savers for each business unit using their logo. Only serious bidders. Do not bid unless you have experience with designing screen savers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Screen Savers must work on Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP.
