We run a Moodle site (open-source learning environment comparable to Blackboard) at [login to view URL] and need to have it updated to Moodle 7. Programmer must know CSS and PHP. We have many custom features and need them updated. We also were originally set up using the "book" setting, but we really deliver courses to professionals, so we need to have our existing framework changed to the "courses" format and not use "books" anymore. We have some basic coders now available to help with cut-and-paste, but need a skilled consultant to help oversee the project. The site is up and running, so we've constructed a sandbox for the update. It is ready to go. Project must be 100% completed in the next 2-3 weeks.
