Chase Orbital PHP integration EXPERT ONLY2

We have develloped a very complex PHP e-commerce website. My client has 2 merchant IDS (one for CDN transcations, one for US transaction) from CHASE. We need someone who ALREADY IMPLEMENTED a PHP BASED Orbital Gateway (chase) payment process, and who can provide quick sample codes, experience and suggestions to my programmer so that he can implement this in the fastest way as possible.
