Program to alert me when ebay bidders who have left negs bid on item (to cancel their worthless bid!!) much needed, you can give this out to the community. We all need it!

I need a script that will be online and monitor my 3 ebay accounts all day. When someone bids that has left negative feedback in the last 12 months it should add them to a list of bidders who have left negs. It should display all the negs they have left next to their name so I can get some context. Then it should have an option to cancel their bid. It should go to the ebay bid cancel page, fill the item number and bidder and I will have to click. Then I should be able to stop getting these neg happy idiots bidding on my items which I ship to them lightening fast that their still not happy with. If you want to release this to the community, be my guest. You would be revered by millions of pissed off ebay sellers.
