Website Template Using HTML and CSS

I need a website template coded in html? using CSS for the visual elements.

It will consist of two pages.? A main page (home) and a template for all of the other pages, which I will use to make variations of all other pages on the site.

I plan to use this template to produce a number of sites, so the html and CSS need to be easy for me to customize in dreamweaver.

To avoid? having to use a graphical header for these sites, I want an attractive combination of site title text against a background color.

I've seen this carried out before on a lot of sites and it can look very professional.

I also need a navigational sidebar which will include links to every page on the site, and will exist on every page of the site.? This sidebar should be consolidated code? and make it easy for me to add a link if I add a page at some point (although I expect to have all pages ready when I publish the site.)? I'd love to see any demo work you can provide.

I'll require a few variations to choose from and may need to request a number of revisions.

One look I've seen that I like is a gradient background with the web content showing up in a centered white frame

The secondary (non-home) page should follow this general format:

Title, different color

and bold, but not huge, against a separate horizontal colored strip

(Sitemap in nav, home page only)

Left nav on all pages, inlcudes links to all pages

Left alligned graphic

Centered: (in some sort of slightly larger/bolder header/font)
