Job Board

I'm looking for a contractor to assist me in creating a job board. The website for the job board will be used by job seekers, my job positing and employers or recruiters. This needs to be a customized job board which I can easily change without any prior programming knowledge. My current website uses Joomla, I prefer this program since I'm already familiar with it. The job board needs to have a certain amount of security to prevent hackers and /or spammers from manipulating the program. The program should be setup so that I can add addition features overtime. The job board should be setup to track and download information on both job seekers and employers usage so that I can determine how to improve the site. I'm attaching what I think the main web page should look like as well as offering what features I'm looking to incorporate. ## Deliverables I'm looking to break this project into four parts. While each part may be independent the consultant will be required to review and 'fine tune' the earlier portions. **First part** will primarily consist of formatting the main webpage and putting together the basis of the website. This will include: 1. Create the web pages on the new site which will include a main page, pages of query results(Format of result query will be provided upon request) and job pages which will result when job seeker does a search for job(s). 2. Each job should have its own page therefore the website should create additional web pages as needed, (Format will be provided upon request). 3. The ability for the a Job Seeker to search for jobs based on job type and location. 4. The ability for the Job Seeker to receive information on jobs via email, RSS or share job via other common methods. 5. The ability for the Job Seeker to apply online for the job and receive a confirmation 6. Jobs should be able to be streamed to other job boards and search engines such as Indeed.com. **Second Part** 1. Reformatting current website so that all jobs are displayed on this Job Board 2. Job Seeker will be able to parse resume into Website to either submit to Employer or for Employers to view. This method will also enable website to extract key word(s) to assist employers with matching job seekers to their jobs. 3. Job Seeker may also remit resume by upload Word Documents or PDF to website for later use. 4. By submitting a resume into the website Job Seeker will be able to create profile which may be view by potential employers. **Third Part** 1. Enable Employer to post Jobs for a fee, Website should have capabilities to collect money. 2. Jobs will be posted based on a template 3. Employers may search resumes or profiles of Job Seekers 4. Employer should be able to receive resumes or profiles automatically as new Job Seekers sign up onto Website. Keeping in mind that some Employers may need Job Seekers to be directed to their website for submission. **Fourth Part** 1. Create tracking features so I may understand how users are using system and what problems they may be having. 2. Create window or method to enable understanding of who is using website and what is being submitted. 3. Fine tune all parts and work with me to continue to ensure website is working properly and making necessary changes.
