Javascript codes, Google Analytics, and html setup on website

1. We need a coder to install /set up the javascript code for highslide [login to view URL] on our website. 2. Then we need the coder to install an HTML form on top of the highslide script, (can copy [login to view URL] for form, or [login to view URL]) (the coder should set this up on our website) 3. Finally install google analytics on all existing pages on our website. (website can be found at [login to view URL] ) **Requirements:** 1. Expertise with javascript.... 2. Experience with google analytics installation and proper settting up of the goals function on Analytics. ## Deliverables Please note that we will also need a Google Maps installed on the home page as well as the appointment and locations pages.
