Option to add/remove departments, their prefix and ticket numbers according to departments. for example : For Account department: AC00541 and for sales dept. :- SL54175 and support department: ST589621 etc. Email notification for both occasions: 1) On submission Time... 2) On Ticket Response/Reply Time. Admin Control Penal with good features. In email notification only: direct link to view the ticket status . (full url with ticket log-in and password to avoid login again. Option to add/remove attachment allowing and file size or format limit. Different colours for texts by ticket generator and admin's replies. Allocation of Maximum request size. (Textarea size limit) Disabling submit button when once submitted a request (like [url removed, login to view] have) Presentation of all tickets (in admin control penal) on one page irrespective of departments to submitted.
