SWREG & Paypal Payment system (PHP or PERL)

I need someone for making a shopping cart for a software product. There will be only 1 product, not multiple products with 2 options (downloable version or buy the CD version). The user can pay with his CC etc., gets the download link & serial (serial-generator will be provided) etc. and can install his software. For PayPal is well known.I do have yet the cgi to generate the key, no problem with [login to view URL] i need in both cases (paypal & [login to view URL]) is to know if the buy was sucessfully and then call the cgi to generate the [login to view URL] i will offer the possibility to buy the software in CD, in whic case in need to automatically send to the company that ships my CDs the infor (address,name,etc) of the buyer once the payment was [login to view URL] post only if you have perfect experience with PHP/MySQL and if possibly you already realized shops/payment connectivity and know how to make this fast, secure and reliable! *Im already selling this product from swreg and paypal but atm im receiving the e mails from swreg and paypal and THEN sending the customer the key and i want to do it automatically in both cases (paypal and swreg). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
