need to track signups

hi... i am starting a rewards program, i want to track signups to various affiliate links ... i will then pay the members, split my commission i need a programmer to give me a workaround soithe members membername or email addy is dynamically added/appended to my individual affiliate urls when they signup... i dont really need tracking because the affiliate programs... commission junction/leadhound etc will allow me to get the database info,, i also will be using a paytoread script probably cashcrudaders... i just need an add on to make sure people actually signed up for stuff beore i pay them...however i am open to offers/ideas about an all in one solution if you have a better ptr script for sale. some ideas.... signup for this site and you will see good example of what i want... javascript.. they enter email, pressenter their email is added, replaces sid xxxx and signup tracked [login to view URL] here is another site...
