I have an existing project that is written in php, xml, javascript/jquery and c++.

I need the c++/php code to be ported over to .net c# or vb.net, the mongo database has to be converted to sql, and all of the html/js needs to be setup in mvc4.

Attached is an example of the files that will be converted.
