Open Cart extension modification

This is a very simple project that only has to solve one problem. We have two extensions installed in opencart - (AJAX Quick checkout and the [login to view URL] CIM extension)
Our problem is that the CIM extension requires you to be logged in before it will let you enter cc info during checkout and in the normal checkout process this is not a problem because you get logged in on first step but with one page checkout you are not logged in if you are a new customer before you need to enter cc info because it is on the same page.
Here is the project:
We are simply looking for a developer to modify the CIM extension or find a way to allow customer to enter cc data before logging in for one page AJAX checkout. You can work on our server because everything is setup and running in a test environment.
You will need to be:
1. Excellent PHP coder with experience in OpenCart extension modification.
2. Must be able to start this week.
If this works out I have more work immediately.
