Modify SQL database with phpMyAdmin or preferably filemaker

Hi, We work with a lightspeed POS. This is separate from the website which is wordpress. There is a plugin on the website which allows us to specify product category. I'll outline process so suggestions can be made for solution. Currently we organize text and pictures via FileMaker (see [login to view URL]). This gets exported then imported into Lightspeed. Lightspeed allows each product to have only one web category. Well there’s a primary / secondary /tertirary category which if yo look up this product you can find by clicking these menu’s on the side. In this place the web categories are Home : Candle. (see [login to view URL]) The problem is sometimes we’d want to also sort the images by Brand or some other things like Christmas and add that menu to the site navigation. There's a multiple categories plugin from our agency which allows us to specify multiple categories but this needs to be done one by one by finding the product in the category and clicking check boxes. I'd like to be able to create a CSV or Tab file from filemaker (which I can create) which and you would create a process that can then modify the table (using phpMyAdmin?) so that it could toggle categories on or off. i.e. I'd create a CSV text file every few days with columns that something like this (or maybe it's more complex at it needs to have master categories?): family category on/off 12345 Tech on 12345 baby off 18888 fred on 19999 xmas off A9999 Air Fresheners on etc. Or more ideally I'd change the categories in filemaker and click go. The table that houses the multiple categories plugin data looks like [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] So I guess what I'm looking for is something that adds, modifies or deletes records from that SQL table. The nicest solution would be to do it from FileMaker but a CSV with phpAdmin would be a second choice if that's a lot cheaper. I'm not really sure what the budget for this project should be so we'll see bids.
