Create a small php script to create database from current existing code

I want to have a database created... I currently have a small script that save all the users IP & HOSTNAME & other information into a .txt document but when my site has 100k+ visitor it is very inconvenient...
I want to have a database instead of using text document.
The database should be split into different category each one being a country. for exemple visitor from US will appear in the database table US .. all the hostname and other information my php script currently save to texts will be saved to the database
here is the php code i use:

It is currently working but as u can see it only save the text to a document, this should be made into database... $myfiley = [url removed, login to view] should mean table = us , so that text goes into the table us..
I also want another script , in php, that will tell me how many row there is in each table
I beleive this job is very easy as its almost like converting a small php code into another... i wont pay much.
