We need developer who can develop script like as mentioned below
WEBSITE SHOULD BE OPEN SOURCE, WE DON’T WANT ANY ENCRYPTION IN WEBSITE.
1) Bulk Whatsapp Messaging Facility, it should have facility to send messages in bulk, means if we want to send message to 100K numbers then it should be possible without any problem.
2) It must have number filtration facility, means if we have 1 Million numbers and if we want to filter number who is using whatsapp then can filter that.
3) There must be an admin panel in which we can create resellers and clients, and reseller can also create their reseller and client and so on...
4) Able to send message in group, so there should be facility to create group for sending messages in group, there should be facility for .csv, .txt and .xls file import.
5) Able to send single message to anyone.
6) We should able to see delivery report, that which messages are read, which are delivered and which are on pending. There should be facility to export file in .csv format.
7) We should able to see and manage live queue of messages, and decide whom to give priority.
8) We should able to add, edit and delete unlimited sender with nickname (sender means mobile numbers from which messages will deliver) Whatsapp Verification should be done from website only. Means when we enter mobile number and select SMS or VOICE then we should receive sms or call from whatsapp for verification code and then there should be box to enter verification code in panel so confirmation.
9) We should able to add, edit and delete proxies. so while sending message in bulk, system should use random proxies for each messages.
10) We should able to live test senders and proxies, so we can check proxies and senders are working or not.
11) We should able to add credits to resellers and clients, and reseller can add credits to their resellers and clients.
12) We should able to receive message from clients.
13) Website should able to send text, images, video, audio, location ( by selecting from Google Map) and contact in bulk and single.
14) Credit should be deducted on individual basis, means if customer sends text and image, then it should deduct 2 credits, if customer sends text, image, video and audio then it should deduct 4 credits, so on...
15) There should be message delay timing, Message delay is the time between sending two messages in one broadcast. This will decrease chances of being blocked.
16) There should be facility to put signature after every message

Date – Adding date of message to your message, an example is :

17) We should able to create packages of messages, and there should be online payment integration facility.
18) We should able to set limit of messages per sender in a hour or a day.
19) There should be facility to subscribe and unsubscribe from group, we will give concept how to do that.
20) Facility to signup, signin, forgot password and change password.
21) Generate mobile number from starting range to ending range
22) View Recievers details, last seen, photo and status
23) Manager sender profile pic
24) Auto Respond Message, if user replies.
25) Dashboard to take overall look.
