Relaxation Establishment Reservation System ASP

The system is to be that of an ASP business which offers a reservation-system for free or a small monthly fee to relaxation establishments such as Hair-Salons, Massage parlors and beauty salons, in exchange for a 7% commission on all on-line reservations. It involves a portal for finding establishments via areas and service types. This first phase is thought to be quite simple compared to a restaurant reservation system such as [**[login to view URL]**][1], as it's initially only for one client with one consultant per time slot. a The system is to be made for the Japanese market, but this system can be developed in English using text-extraction techniques similar in many multilanguage systems. We (the buyer) will translate the text include files (or text-string fields in the database, what the developer chooses). Please see attached design specs for more information. Please note the phase 1 of this document is to be the work-order. Phase 2 is the action list of the next phase not required this time around. It will be our goal to add new requirements to Phase 2 for future development. However we think that having already-known future features in mind when developing the Phase 1 database allows for easier upgrading in the future. Taking reasonableness into account, initiative-taking developers may offer to include any Phase 2 items in their bid for this project now. If not developed on our server, then all beta test versions of web application are to be installed on our server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
