Linux Based Game Control Panel


We are looking to design a game panel sort of like:

Except ours will be a bit more innovative, with some features removed and added. We are looking for someone to design the panel, and stick around for a couple more months to ensure everything is working properly. GamePanelX base features

Client area integrated in to website.

Agent,Admin area on own site with basic design design.

Must be installed on Linux machines using MySql database, with Ajax,Java,Php based movement for automatic updates with no page reloads(in most cases)

File Server setup off of remote servers connection for FastDownloads(in game media downloads), game server files, and clients files.

Daily backups to off site server(in tar format)

Modular system to add in features in future

Ticket Support System(agent area off client area)

-Ticket Escalation

-Email response

-Priority levels with colors in support agent's panel

Billing System(agent area off client area)

-PDF Invoicing

-Ability to Upgrade/Downgrade accounts

-Ordering system based on slot count/fps rate/public private(based on predefined xml files for game types)and connection for VOip servers.

-Emailing of account details, setup, over due, system wide emails

-Ability to switch locations and fps rates with prorated charges and automatic server configuration.

-Integration with Paypal, Kennebunk Savings Bank(of Maine) merchant api.

-Predefined packages for automation(HLstatsX, defined hd space, VOip setup,Dedicated CPU Core)

-Coupon Codes, server wide promotion settings.

-ClanPay Deposit system(with auto generated links for that account number, for clients websites(donation system)

Client Features

-Location/Game switch's(sends server information to other server and setups up server in other location), or changes game by installing same slot amount and fps rate but different game.

-Upgrade features(VOip,slot count,fps rate,public private,Fast Download, CPU Core)

-Server Start/Stop/Restart/Rebuild(default settings)

-Automatic Mod/Map pack install(based on file server)

-File Manager(ftp based)

-Server stats(ping,hd space,ip:port,flow chart of users up to start date)(with code generation for putting banner on website)


-Configuration File Editor

-Billing Portal & Support Portal

-Server Update

-Account Manager(profile,username,password,email,sub accounts(for other accounts to have partial control(main user can select every feature he wants the sub account to be able to see via check boxes)

-Mumble/Vent/Teamspeak control area(start/stop/restart, configuration, slot count(up or downgrade), location switch.

Admin Features(off of client area can be accessed via secured server with multiple log-ins)

-Account Control(stop/start/restart account(for selected services)

-Account numbering(for easier access when in call center/support center)

-Incoming funds(for all payment terms), past totals, overhead calculation(server cost's,software costs,salaries)

-System Updates(for windows servers), also updates to all gave server files system wide based off file system folder(either up to date or will update).

-Datacenter's(with server racks/servers in each location, account totals, bandwidth usage,space/cpu/ram usage)

- Server Install,Upgrade(slot/fps), with default game configurations and Voip configurations.

-Agent information(log-in details,email setup, accessibility(server management, billing management, support management), logged hours online(for pay), and bonus information, plus employee pay information(deposit information, paypal information, check address location)

-Flow Charts of payment influx, projected income over pay terms(1-12 months)

-System Wide emails(both agents and clients, html editor for newsletters etc)

-Plugin/API Manager(HLStatsx, Voip, reseller accounts for Vent API information etc)

-Backup system(for creating backups or install backups)
