integrate a query program into an existing website

I have a php job that I need finished fairly soon. I wrote a query generator in PHP, and it's nearly finished. I need you to integrate it with the website, and to write another script, a php program that runs nightly. It selects all active generated query records from the database, parses it, converts it into SQL queries, then queries four tables and analyzes the results. Here's a sample query: for patientID 268273682: ( tableMedicine HAS 'aspirin' AND tablePatientHistory HASNOT 'heart condition' ) OR tableLabResults HAS 'High Seretonin' Notice HAS, HASNOT, AND, OR, left parenthesis (, and right parenthesis ), as well as four data tables. Each data table has a patientID column. These queries must be "translated" to several simple SQL statements, and run in PHP. There must be AND/ OR, HAS/HASNOT, (, ), logic in php, we cannot put it into sql because the database does not have good referential integrity, and fixing it is too costly. If there is a "hit" (a matching record), the script must output a data record and send a warning email to the patient's doctor. That's one job. The other job is to integrate it into the website. We have an existing website, so you can simply copy and paste the template code. Install everything on the target server. Add some extra hours for surprises and shifting requirements. i don't have all the information yet. I'm a programmer with a college degree and 4 years experience. I know the project well, and am available to work with you by IM chat. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
