I have seen your site and looks very old-fashoned. I believe that apart from upgradding the site you should change the design so you attract visitors. I have subscription to sites that make joomla templates. You can select one and then I can change it to meet your needs. Other than that all the rest of the requirements is an easy task for me and I won't have a problem completing the site.
