hello, We are using a real-estate manager application (Rentman - [login to view URL]) that is uploading and updates listing to a website. Currently it only works with websites such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Here is an example of the listing, they have been created from the desktop application and uploaded to the site via FTP as XML format and uploads images as well. [login to view URL] [login to view URL]^76442 I have attached a document from the application developer that explains exactly how is this XML works. I need someone to develop a component for joomla 1.5 so it will be able to read the XML and import it on the site's listing. We have already propery listing on the site, using K2. Lowest bidders and positive review freelancers will be choosen. Please provide your solution and cost

I can definitely take care of this job for you. I am very familiar with Joomla and database management. I can make you a component to do this job, but it sounds more like you need a script to run on a fixed schedule in the background to update the data? I can do this either way that would best suit your needs. I am guessing that you are just showing the listings within Joomla articles, so it would be easy to create those based on the XML data read in from the rentman servers. If you need extra modules or components developed for this I can do those no problem as well. Get in touch and we can work out details on exactly what you need.
