I need a website based on Joomla which incorporates a real estate management component, a property search machine for clients and the possibility to create xml files to export properties to external real estate portals. I need the web to be self-manageable after the main design and components have been set up. The site needs to be in the following languages: english, german, french, italian, dutch, spanish (main language) and russian.
