112078 PHP, XML, Soap form process

Hi, I am looking for somebody to write some code to take some html form data and process it using PHP and then submit it as XML to a SOAP server...make sense? then read on... I have a full schema for the xml and a partly working form submission page plus integration instructions, a working html form from which the data should be taken etc. For the right person this job could be a cinch but it has me lost for the time being... so I figure it's time to find someone who's an expert and can polish it off fast. I am willing to pay what it takes, but hope that an expert can get this sorted in afternoon, preferably this week. Please note that database integration and sending of emails which is currently working on my website must remain working.
