Web Time Entry for Project Management App

A web time entry system that allows users to enter forecast and actual time data into an existing Project Management application. There should be two main screens: Resource: Track Actuals and Forecast Manager: Approve Resource Timesheets and Forecast new data without approval. A detailed specification including the existing data model is attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The application must work on Windows and Linux web servers. The application must work on MSAccess, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
