If the modified date in the 'website_profile' table is more than 24 hrs from current time then that particular URL must be fetched and the same should be executed. If there is no META KEYWORDS tag, generate top keywords (1 word keyword, 2 word phrase, 3 word phrase) - 2 keywords from each and update it in the table. `onpage_score`: The java code should then send the `url', `page_keywords` to a Web URL API (example: [login to view URL]) through POST and it returns the XML file with the score of say, 95.6 . Insert this score into the field. Assume any XML output and later it can be changed.
