I just need to have a professionally looking Real Estate related site.

Your main job is layout editing and few small mods and have it integrated with the script. Auction needs to run fast and smooth.

The auction will be a legal binding real estate site displaying listings in a real estate fashion. View construction site at [url removed, login to view]

1) We require bidding to display similar to [url removed, login to view] site.

Auto bid refresh has already been set up but needs editing in flash/ to display identical to [url removed, login to view] with 2 minute setting.

If a bid is placed during the last 2 minutes of an auction, the auction will be automatically extended for additional 2 minutes from the time of the latest bid. This auction will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of minutes.

2) Basically we require the header back ground colour changed to a green colour identical to this link

We need a new design icon/tab for live help inserted On/Off . Edit/create similar link button to the talk png attached. Edit text to state Live Help is Online and Off line will be red. I will provide code similar to this to insert

3) Edit/replace listing icons with larger clear link tabs and icons such as bid hammers and new listed icons,.

Current icons are to small.

Digital media upload needs to accept pdf and word docs for clients to download while auction /listing is active. I think currently it only allows download when auction is closed.

4) The listed items/property need to display similar to example screen shot jpeg attached.( listing example display jpg) Or similar to listings at [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

It requires clear description of property listed with the option for sellers/agents to be able to upload their small company logo beside their listings as shown in the example jpeg.

Currently info about listings need to be compacted as the details are distant from the photo and to much empty space in current layout.

View link as example note the blue high lighted area needs to be compressed combined with other info about property to look as one listing

These entry details can be edited in Admin/ Auction Management / Custom fields

And need to function as is if more fields are required. The layout/display on listing page just needs to be compacted to present as one listing.

5) An Australian flash map will be provided with clickable links in Red that has all editing details provided with map. This needs to be edited to colour green and state fonts changed similar [url removed, login to view] see attached jpeg rough example.

We require a functioning entry search field box below map same as http://www.realestate.com.au.

6) Upload media as AVI /MPEG is already installed in listings but needs editing to convert to flash format with small player option. Same as system as [url removed, login to view]

Visitors need to view uploaded vids same as [url removed, login to view] displays and other sites.

I require when a (buy it now) button is clicked the listing displays " Under Contract" to viewers and does not remove off the site until seller closes listing. If the contract fails then seller can re-list item.

8) Remove shipping and payment fields from listing area and any txt/ titles that related to this as they are not required for Real Estate listings.

Shipping has been disabled in admin but the lang file needs to be edited from out of listing area and any listing display area See attached highlighted yellow area in jpeg.

Rename this stage 4 to (Item fees and Terms )

9) Option in Admin

Currently Admin has been set to approve all listings before becoming live on site.

I require this option to only apply to Auctions

Classifieds, Buy it now or wanted adds do not need admin approval.

Insert a toggle switch in Admin panel to allow me to turn these options on or off if required.

10). Enable Search Engine Friendly Links (Mod Rewrite) this can be activated via Admin panel

11) Current Search Engine options need to be more related to Real estate searches.

Edit search to work similar to these two sites search methods. Map not important.

12) Add sorting tabs same as [url removed, login to view] for Buy it now, Auctions , Classifieds, Wanted in categories , large tabs visible.

I require all current functions in Admin to work correctly.

Require full completion in 30 days or less if possible.
