Custom Magento Product - repost

Hello, I have a simple idea Concept: i want my customers to be able to make money (commission) selling their artwork on our site. We have physical products that we would produce their artwork to on. keychains, stretched canvas, tshirts, cell cases, pillows etc. artists designs need to be previewed on selected items on the front end of the site at will. Verified Customers (through paypal) can then post and sell their customized item. (commission on sale is transferred to customers paypal account upon sale) Id like the artists designs to be categorized under the artist name so other customers could browse though. Customers need to be able to preview their uploaded artwork on the customized product. artists designs need to be downloadable by me if the item sells (as it is stock in magento for custom options) Site design is not required. We have a site already. We want to add this feature to our existing site. If we accept your bid, we have many other site projects to possible work on.
