Web Site Programming - for a particular design | Must be easy-to-edit in WordPress

Hi! Thanks for reviewing this simple web site programming project. (That is of course if you know how to do it)) Please review the attached PowerPoint file which spells out the design and layout of the website I need programmed. Your clear communication is CRITICAL to you being hired for this project. Please read the notes in the PowerPoint file and answer the 2 questions contained within, prior to posting your price and turnaround time. That will tell me that you understand the project. Among multiple criteria to be awarded this project, the most important skill is your ability to speak and write in English, and comprehend all the design aspects of the project. 1. Site needs to have a home page with 7 inner pages, and they will all be the same layout - so I can add content - a running blog essentially, on each of the pages using WordPress - Visual editor - so I can add images and text easily. 2. Site needs to be RESPONSIVE (any browser) 3. There will be a contact form on every page (that needs to work!), and a blog snipet on every page. 4. I would like a "Chat Now" plug-in so if I am online and someone is on the site, they can chat with me. 5. I have a landing page already designed and working -([login to view URL]) which I will need you to incorporate into the WordPress site, whereby Wordpress's landing page plug-in can track the hits and conversions. I also have some very slight design tweaks to make to this landing page. 6. There will be 4 Milestones for this project are as follows: 10% Award of Project 20% upon approving the layout meets design specs. 30% upon converting the design into a fully functional wordpress site that I can edit on your hosting domain. 40% upon uploading the entire site to my domain so I can edit the site under my domain. Please provide your best and final cost for doing this work.
