Convert website to wordpress

Required site: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to be converted to a professional custom wordpress theme template. The theme should use the same design as the already existing main site. Theme Requirements: - Please use the same layout that exists on the orignal site. - Do not convert an already available theme, this project is for a custom theme only. - Theme should be programmed with seo in mind, i.e. displayed taxonomy descriptions, excerpts on archive pages, breadcrumbs, proper anchor text for post titles. - Theme SHOULD NOT: have site name forced into title tag, should not have static meta descriptions on pages, should not have static robot tags, or should not use H1 for the logo on every tag, the theme should not place sidebars above content, or hide links in the theme - Theme must work with the latest version of wordpress and support future updates - Theme must support mutiple layouts if possible - All levels of browser support required, i.e. IE5 and IE6 included.
