Animated PHP project

We are looking for experienced web developers to help build the next iteration of a personalised internet experience. The brief is as follows: Must be built in HTML5 All the text that is displayed as being written needs to be customisable via PHP and must flow onto the screen as in the examples I.e. Must be animated. The database layer runs on RDS All data must be brought in to the site via PDO The site must be responsive and scale to fit any device automatically Images must be customisable (Place holder values are all that is required in development) Work needs to be completed in 2 days
