redesign website with new flash animation and corporate design

i would like you to provide me with a redesign of my website. i work as a specialist in biomechanics and gait analysis and treat primarily sports injuries. The flash images will be in the region of 10 -15 sports types and of 2-8sec duration and looped to seem continuous. they will be dynamically and anatomically accurate and be based on a character to be provided by me. one of the flash will be used as a logo aswell of the clinic. The website will be of about 50 -80 pages. basically about 10 main index pages and the others will be offshoots. i will provide all the texts and 90% of it has already been written. the pages are as follows; home-introduction to the service conditions treated - index and sub section with text. biomechanics of (various sports and activities) - index and sub sections. services treatments fees downloads on-line referral form testimonials links contacts each section will have an attached flash if appropriate along with pictures of sportsing activities, dynamics, consulting room environment, examinations, treatement etc to give it a bright and active and lively feel. pics to be supplied by you. some of the conditions section may need anatomical illustrations, references for which will be supplied by me but the work to be done by you. contacts page will link to map on-line referral form will have a function that once filled in and sent it will send a completed pdf form to my email. dowlaods will have information leaflet for client and practitioner the text for which i wil supply but you will create a layout etc and also provide some information leaflet and referral form again to be layout by you. once job is complete i will maintain copyright of all images, illustrations, flash and website coding and source codee etc. kindly do in ASP and allow a function that will give me an admin page etc so that i may ammend and update as necessary. site should also be done in a format so that visitors can choose whether they want to see it in flash or non-flash. in non flash version the flash will be replace with a still of the falsh animation. once the site has been completed kindly submit and optimise it to search engines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform client should be able to easily read the site on any platform either pc or mac and on any internet browser format.
