Basically for the visual side we will need something like template monster Template #: 10674 – page 4 gallery section display for clients (photo & video) and will need to integrate this into template monster template #10878 - as the actual website. Number of Pages: 6 + programming pages E-Commerce: YES Custom Programming: Client back side access to upload photos to their own personal area once they are a registered member and create a photo montage / download access of montage with e-commerce function in order to download / email montage ability so the client can pay for a DVD to be created of the montage they make / merchant account tie in / Client login and password security and individual page establishment Job Description: We would be doing a complete visual re-design of [login to view URL] which will include the following pages: Home / About / Services / Get Started / FAQ / Contact Us. Along with these pages there will be many programming pages automatically generated by the administrator and by clients when they upload their own items. The website will be built in FLASH and HTML to visually have a heavy impact on all the services that you do and still be search engine friendly. It will display all of your services, what you are all about, how to get started and so on. There will be a CLIENT LOGIN area right on the main page where existing clients can type in their username and password to go right into their own personal back end of the website and upload pictures to put together their own “online montage” just for themselves. Once they put together their montage they will have the ability to download it (and pay for it prior to download) or request it on a DVD (and pay for the dvd to be made and submit their order. Prior to them putting their montage together there will be a “warning screen” that states low resolution pictures may not look great and how you suggest a 2.0+ mega-pixel camera or Medium + quality scanned image. The client when putting their montage together will also be able to select from a gallery of music. The songs will be provided by you and will be stored in an online library. You will be giving us access to this library soon. The client can preview the audio clip then choose which clip to add. When building the photo montage, there will be one “general skin” or “frame” or “background” to the montage which is standard for all clients. You can eventually give clients choices for other backgrounds. Within this standard frame the clients will be able to do a few visual options for their pictures when piecing them together. They should be able to select the images in the order they want and then choose the audio they want and then hit the “generate montage” to preview it. Once it is set up the client has the ability to either purchase it and download, or to request it on a DVD. There will also be a DOWNLOADS section where that same client, once logged in, has the ability to download any of their work that has been digitized by you so that they can save it on their computer. In order to download the work you put up for them they must pay a fee, but their items that you put together for them will already be available for them in their personalized “album.” When the client decides to download if they built their own montage, they will be brought to a secure order area in which they enter payment information that will in turn automatically be transferred to your bank account through a merchant. This will then open up access to their download area so that they can download their montage. The client’s information is stored on the server so they can log in and change their personal information whenever they need to as well. We will also do some custom flash animation work on your main page to really show people what you are all about. This way they know exactly how their memories can be preserved with a short 15 second flash video banner. The flash video will be something like “Point” “Click” “Capture” “Create” “Download” and our flash developers will be creative with it.
