Website development for Construction company

I need the development work on a very simple and basic website for a new Indian construction company. Keep in mind while bidding that we already have a look and feel in mind, a logo and graphics that we will provide to winning bidder. The coders job will be to provide a fully functional website containing some links to profile, people, objectives/goals, projects, contact etc by basically taking a PHOTOSHOP DESIGN (given by me) and converting it into HTML and CSS. This is just to give you an idea of what kind of project this is, the difference being that there will be MUCH LESS information that we will put into the website, especially in the projects section (which is anyways the main section). Only bidders in Bangalore and Delhi are preferred. Also only coders who give a detailed proposal will be considered. I need you to give me 2 proposals, 1) One time development charge and a cost of each time we want some maintainance/upgradation of info. 2) A package of development and 1 year maintainance. We will also need to communicate directly via telephone, skype at the least and maybe meet directly to discuss progress. The winning bidder will also agree to follow a predefined project flow. We need this completed in 2 weeks. Thanks a lot for your bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) We own all rights to the work, you will not showcase this individually. 4) In case of a maintainance deal we'll need to sign a separate contact together. 5) We will need to test the website for any problems and have access to all code. Only when we are completely satisfied do we pay. ## Platform I will need to discuss this with the winning bidder as to what kind of server space to book. We will book from our end.
