This is a brief overview of the System. 1. User registration and login 2. Each user will fall into two categories, individual businesses or professional accountants. 3. Individual businesses will have the ability to manage their own payroll, while and accountant will have the ability to manage many payrolls. 4. After user registration, the user will be presented with a welcome screen, prompting them to set up their payroll. 5. The set up payroll option will be in the form of a 6 or 7 step procedure, where the user enters company name, add employees, specify employee data, indicate when the payroll will be processed, etc. The user should have the option to modify employee data after set up. 6. after set up, user will be presented with a summary of employees added, which then he/she will be prompted to confirm. 7. After set up, users will be presented with another welcome screen, displaying, set up payroll, pay employees, payroll reports. 8. The pay employee’s option will consist of about 4 steps, where the user is presented with a time summary, and a list of all the employees for that particular payroll. User will enter time for hourly employees, overtime, bonuses, as well as deductions. After filling in this data, the user clicks next and the user will be prompted to confirm payroll and then select run. 9. After that, users should be able to print pay slips, cheques, as well as a number of summary reports.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
