Template based driven website, with automated updaters from centralized database, that will be updated from admin screens

The goal of unifying the information is to put it in a centralized database that will be for used by both two websites that are very common but for SEO reasons need to be somewhat unique. The information will be used to populate two websites, one website is already setup using Cold Fusion technology to feed the template and information, but also was a lot of maual labor to get pages to mesh. The other website will need to be created in real time, by saving out .html pages through a template based generator, that will pull the data from the database, as data is changed. This admin area will also update and populate the ShopSite database, which is used for out shopping cart. I have outlined alot of the admin stuff, and what will be expected from this project. There will be alot of SEO knowledge needed to complete this project, so please only bid or ask questions if you think you can complete this from start to finish. Please see the attached zip file. And ask any questions you would like. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This will have to written in ASP.NET and SQL 2000 windows 2000, please dont bid if you dont want to write it in these applications.
