we have a client [[login to view URL]][1] with an existing web site. They would like their site to have an appearance more like [[login to view URL]][2] but with their existink TA logo and graphics. The idea is to make the telekom site more sales / shopping cart in appearance with the news and special offers area and search facilities. But we dont just want to put the telekom top bar on the barcode warehouse home page - we can do that. We want the appearance and appeal and facilities of the barcode warehouse site - but not an exact copy - with the telekom graphics and logo - they also like the white background. PLEASE NOTE THIS BID AT THIS STAGE IS ONLY FOR A MOCK UP OF A SAMPLE HOME PAGE _ NO FUNCTIONALITY IS REQUIRED - WE SIMPLY NEED AN HTML PAGE - BUTTONS AND LINKS DO NOT NEED TO WORK we will provide an ftp link to upload to our server for viewing ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
