travel/airfare website

(so people can translate in their own language) -also to have room for advertising banners ,left ,right ,footer) -site must also have room for a banner. -site must work correctly in all browsers -must be 100 % wide on all screens fit. -also website must have a admin site to add affiliate links (or if you have some experience in travel scripts and you know a better way to do it ,you let me know before),also to manage users, -user log in add on. And I don't know,if possible to have some affiliate integrated so when people come to my site and they find what they looking for and go to the site to buy ,so I can make some % from that sale... Also when searching,for any , air,hotel,car,or...must include all airlines and others,,and must get all prices from cheap to expensive... Must be a world wide air travel website ... The website needs to be designed from the ground up 100%. Now let me know how long will take to complete.. one last point! if i will decide to do it,after is done ,i must have full master rights on the design/script as i dont want this to end up some where on some site for download or for sale!, Thanks....
